NEW Six roles, filled tonight

You're out of time. They're not.

Your AI staff, on the job the moment you need them.

A job ad, forty applications, six interviews, three months' notice, then six weeks of training. That is the normal route to someone who picks up the phone. Eliateam offers another: you write the job description tonight, your new hire starts work tomorrow morning. They answer, follow up, run their cases and report back to you — in your tools, in your language, under your brand.

The tools they can use

Tool missing? Eliateam's open connector plugs into any business API.

Chapter 01 · Monday, 8:40 a.m.

What nobody had time to do.

Forty-three requests have come in since Friday evening. Customer service will get through half of them by noon. Your sales team was meant to follow up on two hundred open quotes: they'll manage thirty. Accounting has been chasing the same unpaid invoices for six weeks.

Nobody is doing a bad job. There is simply more work than there are hours to do it. And the only answer you know is to hire: three people, nine months all told between posting the ad and real autonomy, and a payroll that rises permanently to absorb a workload that doesn't.

“Our teams aren't the problem. They spend their days on work nobody should be paying a salary for.”

Chapter 02 · The decision

A real hire.
Without the three-month wait.

You're not plugging in a tool: you're opening a position. Job description, onboarding, review. The same steps as for an employee, held to the same rules — what they're allowed to do is written down, someone is accountable for it, and everything is on the record. Except it takes a week instead of six months.

[ 01 ] THE JOB DESCRIPTION

The job description.

You describe a role, not software.

  • Start from a standard role, or write your own
  • Duties, tone, language, voice and face
  • Seniority is chosen role by role

[ 02 ] ONBOARDING

Onboarding.

No accounts to create, no training to run.

  • They show up on Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram
  • With an email address and a phone line
  • And access to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
  • Tell them once, anywhere, and it holds everywhere

[ 03 ] THE REVIEW

The review.

You see the work, not just the result.

  • Every action timed to the minute, nothing erased
  • What each one costs you, in euros, day by day
  • Every exchange readable and searchable

Chapter 03 · The new hires

Six candidates. No interviews to sit through.

Each has their own character, duties and tools already connected. None of them fits what you need? Write the job description you're missing, and the candidate exists ten minutes later.

You open the dashboard.
The queue is empty.

The forty-three weekend requests have been handled or qualified. All two hundred quotes have been followed up, and fourteen replied. Receivables over thirty days are down by half. Every action is timed to the minute, and you can trace any one of them back.

Your teams haven't gone anywhere. They've got back the work you actually pay them for, and you haven't hired a soul.

The trial period

Your first evening with us.

Someone walks you through it on a video call from start to finish. Nobody leaves you alone in front of an empty form.

01

We meet for an hour

Video call, shared screen. We connect your tools together and you have nothing to install. If you'd rather everything stayed on your own servers, now is the moment to say so.

02

We write the first job description

You describe the role the way you'd describe it to a new starter. What they must do, what they must never do, who they report to. We write it down as you speak.

03

You talk to them like a person

No commands to learn: you write to them or you call them. The first week, you check everything. After that, you only check what matters.

What stays with you

What leaves your business, and what never does.

Your data stays in Europe. If your industry demands it, everything can be installed on your own machines, on your own premises. And nothing your staff exchange with you or with your clients is ever used to improve an artificial intelligence.

Your exchanges are protected In transit and once stored
The document the law requires We sign it with you, and your data stays in Europe
On your premises, if you prefer With us, on your cloud, or in your own building
Your data serves only you It never improves any artificial intelligence
Plans

Three plans,
depending on how many roles you're filling.

There is no “subscribe” button. We put a first team to work on real tasks, in your business, and you decide afterwards with figures in hand rather than on a promise.

Eliateam One

From one hire

A single role, on one clearly defined job. Enough to judge on evidence before going further.

  • We choose the role together, and what they're allowed to do
  • They work where you work: phone, email, WhatsApp
  • You see everything they do, and what they cost you, day by day
  • You can add more later, without starting over
Describe my first role

Eliateam Premium

From ten hires

We run it for real on part of your business, we measure, and you then decide whether to extend it.

  • We write down in advance what we're testing, for how long, and how we'll know it worked
  • Everything can be installed on your own servers if your industry demands it
  • Your data stays in Europe, and you leave with it the day you stop
  • A response time written into the contract, and you go to the front of the queue
  • At the end, figures on the table: you extend, or you stop
Request a full-scale trial

The price depends on how many roles there are, what you entrust to them and where everything is installed. That is why we don't publish a price list: it would be wrong for almost everyone.

FAQ

The questions we get asked.

Still have one? Write to us — a human answers.

It's the first question everyone asks, and it's a fair one. You write down in plain terms what they're allowed to do, what they must show you before sending, and what they must never touch. A price outside your rate card, an unhappy client, a cancellation: they hand the case to you instead of answering. And you can re-read everything they've said, at any time. If something goes off the rails, you see it the same day, not three weeks later.

That's your call, and our advice is to say so. A member of staff can introduce themselves as such in the very first sentence, on the phone as in writing. Experience shows transparency costs nothing: what your clients remember is that someone answered them in two minutes at 7 p.m. on a Friday. Hiding it, on the other hand, always comes back on you the day it gets out.

They work from day one, but they work really well from the second week. In the first few days you check what they send and you correct it: they never ask the same thing twice. Expect around ten corrections before they hold your way of speaking to your clients. It's still faster than training someone, but it isn't instant, and nobody should tell you otherwise.

Nothing stops. It's actually when the difference shows most clearly: calls are answered, quotes go out, follow-ups run their course, and you get a daily summary you can read or ignore. You can also name someone for them to pass on the cases they don't handle alone.

You, and the people you grant access to. Nobody else. Messages are protected in transit and once stored, and they stay in Europe. We sign with you the document European law requires on data protection — the one your lawyer or your client will ask you for. And these exchanges are never used to improve an artificial intelligence, neither ours nor anyone else's. If that isn't enough for you, everything can be installed on your own machines: in that case, nothing leaves your business at all.

You stop, with no notice period and no need to justify yourself. Before you go, you take everything with you: the conversation history, your clients' details, the open cases, in a file you can open and keep. We have no interest in holding on to someone who wants to leave — a client who can't walk away with their own data isn't a client, they're a hostage.

Yes: your logo, your web address, your colours, your invoices. Your clients see only your name, never ours. And you manage all of your clients from one place, without juggling several accounts.
